A smooth day starts with the right address and a route you understand. Follow these four steps to get from your hotel to the places you want to visit, pay along the way and find your way back.

1. Choose nearby stops on XOOTOUR
- Start with your hotel location. Explore city information and attractions on XOOTOUR, then choose a manageable shortlist.

- Save each destination in Chinese with its address or map pin. Confirm reservations and opening times before leaving.
2. Take the metro or book a ride
- For the metro, check your city, line, direction and exit. A shop payment code is different from an activated transport code.
- If the transport code will not activate, ask station staff about a single-journey ticket or another supported method.
- For a booked car, check the pickup instructions, vehicle and plate. Airport pickup zones may be away from the terminal entrance.
3. Pay and check the result
