Hui Zhen Yuan (Weifang Road Branch) is a restaurant dedicated to authentic Huizhou cuisine, located at No.162 Weifang Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. Focusing on traditional Anhui delicacies, the restaurant selects high-quality ingredients from Huizhou region and offers classic dishes such as Stinky Mandarin Fish, which has a strong aroma but delicate taste, and Mao Tofu, which is crispy on the outside and tender inside. Other specialties include Hu Shi Pot and Huangshan Stone Twins. The elegant dining environment features Hui-style architectural elements, providing a comfortable atmosphere for dining.
