Our chefs source the freshest seafood daily from Nagasaki, Hokkaido, and other regions of Japan, paired with premium Koshihikari rice to create perfectly balanced nigiri. Signature offerings include bluefin tuna otoro, sea urchin sushi, and the chef's Omakase course. A curated sake list is available with recommendations from a certified sommelier.
