The quickest useful itinerary is not the one with the most stops. It is the one that starts from your actual arrival, respects your pace and leaves space for the city to surprise you.
At a glance
- Choose cities in travel order.
- Add interests, traveler count, budget preference and limits.
- Review locations and timings before relying on the result.
1. Give the planner a clear starting point
- Open XOOTOUR’s AI Trip Planner and select the cities you truly intend to visit. Adjust their order to match your tickets.
- Choose a few priorities from the visible options, such as food, culture, outdoor walks or family-friendly stops.
- In the special-requirements box, write the details a generic itinerary misses: late arrival, limited walking, a must-see site or a slow morning.
2. Read the route as a traveler
- Ask whether day one begins near your hotel and whether travel between stops is sensible.
- Remove duplicates and places outside the target city. Check that names, photos and descriptions refer to the same attraction.
- Do not mistake a budget preference on the form for a guaranteed price quote. Verify admissions and reservations separately.

3. Keep a flexible final version
- Save the short list and addresses in a form you can open offline.
- Check current venue pages and 12306 or airlines for transport details before you pay.
- Keep one optional stop per day so a queue or rain does not spoil everything else.
