Ticket Purchase Instructions
1. Please arrange your trip reasonably, confirm the experience date, session and number of tickets before placing an order carefully.
2. Tickets are valuable vouchers, not ordinary commodities, no return or exchange is supported once sold.
3. In case of event postponement or cancellation due to force majeure and objective reasons, we will uniformly refund the tickets purchased through official channels and return the corresponding ticket amount. Other expenses incurred during the experience shall be borne by you.
4. One ticket per person, children must hold a ticket for admission. Children under 14 years old, seniors over 60 years old, or people with mobility difficulties must be accompanied by a guardian with a valid ticket to ensure safety during the experience.
5. There are virtual scenes with strong visual impact during the experience. People suffering from heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, photosensitive epilepsy and other diseases, pregnant women and people with claustrophobia are not recommended to participate. Children under 6 years old and seniors over 70 years old are not recommended to participate.
6. This project adopts the "reservation upon order placement" mode. The experience time is locked once payment is completed. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of the start time of your purchased session for ticket checking. If you are late for 10 minutes or more after the session starts, you will not be allowed to enter. Starting from August 20, 2026, this project adopts a single-day pass. After purchase, you can arrive for experience at any time during the business hours of the purchased day (admission starts at 12:30, and stops at 20:15 every day).
7. The VR experience lasts for about 20 minutes. Each session can accommodate 4 visitors to experience at the same time, and unified admission will be arranged by the staff. Please queue up on site during peak hours.
8. A VR headset is required for the experience, and the weight of the headset is about 0.7kg.
9. This project supports admission with e-tickets, no paper tickets are provided. Each ticket is valid for one admission after verification, and can only be used for the corresponding purchased content and session. Re-admission is not allowed after leaving the venue.
10. People with untidy appearance or under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to enter.
11. Please cooperate with security check consciously. For security and copyright reasons, dangerous goods, plastic bags, drinks and food are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. Smoking and open flames are strictly forbidden inside the venue.
12. This is a VR experience project. For your safety, please read the "Experience Instructions" carefully before purchasing tickets.
Experience Instructions
1. Do not bring food, drinks or contraband into the venue. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue. Please store food and drinks in the designated area, and keep your valuables with you properly.
2. There are virtual scenes with strong visual impact during the experience. People suffering from heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, photosensitive epilepsy and other diseases, pregnant women and people with claustrophobia are not recommended to participate. Children under 6 years old are not recommended to participate. Children under 14 years old, seniors over 60 years old, or people with mobility difficulties must be accompanied by a guardian with a valid ticket to ensure safety during the experience.
3. Do not use flash. Unauthorized live streaming, commercial shooting and any other commercial or copyright-infringing activities are strictly prohibited in the venue.
4. Do not touch or damage the equipment, props and venue facilities. The organizer has the right to claim compensation for any damage caused by man-made destruction.
5. Please keep quiet in the venue, avoid loud noises, chasing and playing. Parents are requested to take good care of their children to ensure safety.
6. You must enter for the experience on time according to the corresponding time of your purchased session. Please arrive at the waiting area 15 minutes before the start time. 9. There are usually safety boundaries around the experience area. Do not cross the boundary to avoid injury from colliding with real objects such as walls, tables and chairs.
10. If you have any questions or discomfort during the experience, please stand still, raise your hand and ask the staff for help. Do not remove the headset by yourself.
11. It is strictly forbidden to pull, drop or hit the VR equipment and connecting cables to avoid damage to the equipment. Compensation is required for any damaged equipment.
12. It is recommended to wear shoes suitable for walking. Move slowly and carefully, avoid turning around quickly or making large movements to prevent falling due to loss of balance.
13. To ensure the experience effect, please follow the guidance of the staff, do not run or shout loudly to avoid unnecessary injury.
14. Admission after drinking alcohol is prohibited.
