门腔的沪语专场,叫《有出息》「有出息」三个字我们听得太多了,多到好像不用再解释但很少有人真的问一句: 到底什么意思?

Men Qiang's Shanghai dialect stand-up special is titled "Making It". We have heard these three words so many times that they seem to need no further explanation. Yet few people ever truly ask: what on earth do they mean? From childhood to adulthood, he has experienced full-time work, doing stand-up comedy, running self-media accounts, recording programs, acting in dramas... These three words keep appearing frequently in Men Qiang's life. In Shanghai, dressing decently counts as "making it". Dressing casually also counts. Striving desperately to make a success counts as "making it". Living a stable life also counts. It is like an encouragement, an expectation, and also a compliment that leaves people unsure how to react. "Making it" sounds self-evident, but is actually ambiguous. Men Qiang shares the same confusion. He brings all those disjointed, bewildering moments that he cannot figure out onto the stage, and invites you to experience them together.
