The "Trendy Hebei" 2026 Hebei Summer Tourism Promotion Event was recently held at the China Horse Town Tourist Resort in Fengning Manchu Autonomous County. The event, themed "So Close, So Beautiful, Weekend in Hebei—A Summer of 21°C," was hosted by the Hebei Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and co-organized by the Chengde Municipal Bureau of Tourism, Culture, Radio and Television and the Fengning Manchu Autonomous County Bureau of Tourism, Culture, Radio and Television, to explore new paths for the development of summer cultural tourism in Hebei.

The event showcased Hebei's grasslands, mountains, coastlines, ancient cities, and other cultural and tourism resources, along with new business formats and scenes, through promotional videos and presentations. The organizers launched five premium tourism routes under the theme "Trendy Hebei," including a refreshing grassland tour, an immersive adventure tour, a seaside carnival tour, an ancient city traditional style tour, and a trendy urban tour. These routes integrate cultural and tourism resources from the Bashang Grasslands, coastal wetlands, and ancient villages, encompassing diverse tourism products such as outdoor sports, immersive experiences, seaside leisure, and traditional Chinese style experiences, providing tourists with more choices for summer and autumn travel. The organizers also promoted the short drama "Dreaming of Horses," showcased the results of the "Hebei Cultural Tourism Little English Recommendation Officer" short video competition, and awarded 20 self-media influencers the title of "2026 Hebei Cultural Tourism Recommendation Officer."
